How long does a complete renovation take?
It depends on the area, the condition of the home and the permits. After the site visit we give you a phased work schedule with specific dates.
Can I live at home during the works?
We do not recommend it for a complete renovation: there is dust, noise and water and power cuts. If you have no other option, we plan the work by zones.
Do I need a building permit?
It depends on the type of work and the town hall. We advise you and manage the paperwork that applies in your case.
